Precision Bookkeeping Solutions
I have spent more than twenty years helping business owners understand what their numbers are actually telling them.
Most owners I meet are not short on data. They have an industry system tracking jobs, inventory, or patients, and they have QuickBooks tracking the money, and the two never quite agree. The monthly financials show up late, look roughly right, and get filed away without changing a single decision.
That gap is the work I do.
What I do
I serve as a fractional CFO and controller for businesses that need real financial leadership but do not need it forty hours a week. That means getting your industry software talking to QuickBooks, closing the books cleanly and on time, and then doing the part that matters most: sitting down with you and explaining what the statements mean for the decisions in front of you. Whether to hire. Whether to take the job. Whether the thing you think is making money is actually making money.
How I work
I keep my client list small, and I keep it that way on purpose.
It would be easy to take on more. It would also mean you become a file I open once a month instead of a business I know well. When you call, I want to already have the context. I want to know your seasonality, your margins, and which customer keeps paying late. That only happens when I am working with a handful of people rather than a hundred.
So I take on fewer clients and go deeper with each one.
What you can expect
Straight answers. If the numbers are ugly, I will tell you they are ugly, and then I will tell you what to do about it. Financial work only has value if you can trust it completely, which means I will never soften a number or bury a problem to make a month look better than it was.
I also care about how this turns out for you. These are not accounts to me. They are businesses people built, often with everything they had, and that deserves attention.
Let's talk
If you are making decisions on numbers you do not fully trust, or you are outgrowing a bookkeeper but not ready for a full time CFO, reach out. A short conversation will tell us both whether I am the right fit.
